Our client in Oceanside is currently in search of an exceptionally dedicated Staff Accountant. The Staff Accountant will be accountable for a variety of general accounting tasks and be essential in driving financial performance within the business through analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Review general ledger accounts and compile necessary adjustments.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports each month.

• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.

• Provide detailed analysis and explanation of transactions to budget holders and management.

• Ensure swift payments of vendor invoices and maintain precise records of account payables.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in general finance/accounting.

• Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with any accounting management software.

• First-rate understanding of GAAP and other pertinent accounting principles.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively.
