Aerotek is Hiring for a Forklift Operator in Oceanside, CA!

Job Details:

• 2nd Shift, Wednesday to Sunday 2 PM to 10:30 PM

• $20/HR

Job Description

As a Forklift Operator, you will spend 90% of your workday operating a sit-down forklift on the production floor, primarily responsible for moving bins to different locations. The remaining 10% of your day will involve additional duties. This role does not require intricate rack work and will focus on floor-level operations. You will be expected to adhere to SOP, SSOP, GMP, and HACCP guidelines while in the plant and maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift for 90% of the workday.

• Move bins to different locations on the production floor.

• Adhere to SOP, SSOP, GMP, and HACCP guidelines.

• Assist supervision, management, leads, and operators as needed.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Essential Skills

• 6 months of sit-down forklift operation experience.

• Proficiency with computers.

• Ability to follow company policies, guidelines, and work instructions.

• Attention to detail.

• Multitasking and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to lift 50lbs.

• Experience with RF scanner and WMS.

• Skilled in paperwork documentation.

• Flexibility in performing various functions depending on the area of operation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00
