• Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to assist customers effectively.

• Communication: Provide clear and concise information to customers, explaining policies, procedures, and product details.

• Support: Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges.

• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve services and products.

  Requirements

• Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.

• Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Attitude: Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.

• Technology: Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
