Community Support ProfessionalChoices for Adult Learning (CAL)is the only adult day program of its kind in California, designed to meet the unique needs of adults with significant behavioral challenges and intellectual disabilities.
What will your day look like?Your day will be filled with fun, active, engaging and purposeful activities that help our clients through all aspects of daily life. Whether its hiking a local trail, gardening in TERIs Certified Organic Farm, attending a music class, riding horses at TERIs Equestrian Program or teaching a new beneficial life skill,you will be making a Positive Impact in the life of someone touched by special needs.
*TERI participates in the CalGrows Program, offering you the opportunity to earn up to $6,000.00, in addition to your regular salary, while growing your career and developing your skills through free, online training courses.
TERI participates in the Direct Service Professional Training Stipend Program offering you the opportunity to earn up to $1,250.00, in addition to your regular salary, to help enhance your job skills after completing two free, 1-hour online courses.*
Duties andResponsibilities:
- Hands-on position, providing direct training, development, and supervision to adults in the CAL program.
- Responsibilities include active treatment,
- Program planning, documentation, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA),
- Behavior modification and safety/crisis response.
- Company vehicle provided during working hours.
Shift:Full-Time and Part time Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Range:$18.00 - $19.00/ hour

Skills/ Requirements:**
- Highschool diploma/ GEDis desirable.
- Related experience preferred but not required.
- Criminal background check required.
- Acceptable Driving History.
- Must have personal mode of transportation.
