A growing technology company in Oceanside is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing AR functions, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring the company's financial processes run efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and track customer invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.

• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts.

• Resolve customer billing issues and discrepancies through effective communication.

• Post customer payments and reconcile AR transactions to ensure accurate financial records.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support collections processes and facilitate account resolutions.

• Assist in month-end close activities, including AR reporting and reconciliations.

  Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role; experience in the tech industry is a plus.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems).

• Strong understanding of AR processes and best practices.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• High school diploma required; an associate degree or higher in accounting or finance is preferred.
