Robert Half Accounting Clerk in Oceanside, California

Description

We are in search of a talented Accounting Clerk for our client who can provide accounting support and ensure that company's daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties.

  • Work with the sales team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance.

  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases.

  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy.

  • Maintain digital and physical financial records.

    Requirements

  • Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerk.

  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.

  • Competency in MS Office suite and databases.

  • Good multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
