Job Title: Office assistant

Job Description

As the front desk receptionist will be the face of the company. You must be welcoming and attentive to all visitors and customers. You will assist with paperwork, answer phone calls, and order different supplies and materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

  • Assist with clerical tasks, including data entry and filing.

  • Order office supplies and materials as needed.

  • Support administrative tasks and ensure efficient office operations.

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Ability to multitask effectively.

  • Good communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in purchasing, procurement, and administrative support.

  • Ability to handle purchase orders and related documentation.

  • Strong clerical skills.

Work Environment

You will work in a climate-controlled office setting. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. The culture is warm and welcoming, with a fun and light environment where everyone works hard.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, Florida.
