The role you’ll contribute:

Supervise the performance and behavior of all associates under their direction. Ensure prompt and accurate service to customers through the supervision of appropriate associates. Maintain and ensure sanitation of work areas. Proactive management to ensure proper staffing and minimizing of overtime and over staffing. Oversee retail and patient food production and that all recipes are followed resulting in quality finished products.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Ensure recipe compliance.

· Ensure products and supplies are handled to minimize waste.

· Temperature logs are accurately maintained.

· Overtime controlled.

· Provide service resulting in patient satisfaction scores that are in the Top Box 20% range.

· Safeguards equipment & resources and ensures staff are handling/operating in a safe and conscientious manner.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· 6 months experience
