What will you do?

  • Effectively answer incoming calls and resolve customer complaints/issues in a professional manner

  • Responds to telephone and e-mail requests for service, products or information from customers and other team members

  • Other administrative duties as assigned

  • Actively participate in building a supportive team environment that fosters positivity and engagement

  • Actively seek and initiate process improvements to improve efficiency and cost savings

  • Identifying opportunities for data-driven strategies

What will you need to succeed?

  • New graduate from University/college in Business Administration or related field

  • Graduated from post-secondary within the last 12 months.

  • Above average study performance (Accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)). Transcripts to be provided upon request.

  • Bilingual (French, English) both verbal and written is required

  • Intermediate skills in all MS Office applications. With special emphasis on Excel including knowledge of functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

  • SAP and Salesforce experience is an asset

  • Proven success within customer service role is strong asset

  • A strong customer focus with the ability to understand the customer’s requirements.

  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and priorities workload.

  • Must be proactive, self-disciplined and able to demonstrate a high level of productivity

  • Strong analytical thinking and decision making
