Adecco US, Inc. Utility Interconnection Project Manager in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois
Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Utility Interconnection Project Manager to join our client’s team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of over 25 Distributed Energy Resource (DER) Interconnection projects, primarily focused on Community Solar initiatives. Your expertise in managing complex projects, from initiation to closeout, will be essential to ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience managing a portfolio of over 25 projects in various stages of the project lifecycle.
Proven experience managing medium voltage utility projects.
Strong proficiency in reading electrical prints.
Excellent financial acumen and forecasting skills.
Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley accounting principles.
Real estate easement, zoning, and permitting experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Asset Suite 8.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including scope definition, design, construction, and closeout.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including customers, developers, engineers, and internal teams.
Resource Allocation: Balance competing priorities and optimize resource allocation to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and forecast financial performance.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, including Sarbanes-Oxley accounting principles and real estate easement, zoning, and permitting requirements.
Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, including medium voltage systems (12kV-69kV).
Pay Details: $82.00 per hour
