Strata-G is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Controls Specialist with the following:
Summary:
Your role will be working under the direction of the Program Manager. The position performs:
Oversight of M&O contractor's project control system implementation.
Tracks subproject performance relative to budget and schedule.
Evaluates proposed baseline change proposals, evaluates project monthly reports for project controls-related sensitivities.
Identifies emerging project issues based on evaluation of contractor data.
Combine departmental and contract companies schedules and set up earned value tracking and resource tracking in the schedules.
Prepare monthly reports on work accomplishments, SPI & CPI of the work performed.
Monitor cost on a weekly basis and alert the CM of variances.
Prepare estimates of work to be performed by the direct hire construction craft and load the Resources in the Project Schedule.
Experience preferred - PowerBI or other data analytics tools including databases and dashboard development.
What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
Bachelor's degree from accredited institution.
Minimum 10 years field project controls engineering/construction oversight/monitoring
experience on large (greater than $10M) construction projects.
Hands-on experience with Primavera/P6, MS Project and MS Office Suite.
Currently possess or have the ability to obtain a DOE/NNSA “Q” Clearance.
