Introduction:

A company in Milwaukee County is seeking a Quality Manager to join their team.

Job Description

As a Quality Lab Manager, you will manage all quality lab work and lab testing to ensure the raw materials, in-process, and finished products are to the correct specifications. You will also perform laboratory testing as required and ensure all Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and other quality documentation are completed correctly and maintained appropriately. Your role will encompass all ISO activities including managing ISO audits, external audits, internal audits, and ISO certifications. You will also be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and technical work within the Quality and Laboratory segments of our business. Additionally, you will oversee Quality and Laboratory projects from start to finish.

Experience:

• Experience in Quality Lab management

• Knowledge of ISO program management

• Experience with external ISO audits, internal ISO Audits, Quality Audits, Customer Audits

• Proficiency in managing quality lab technician

• Experience with chemical products for Aerospace, Military, Industrial, Construction, Agriculture, Building, Automotive, Pipeline, and Commercial type products

Hours:

The role will be based in a Quality Lab Environment. Working hours are during the 1st Shift - Monday through Friday, with a flexible starting time.
