Job Description

Read wiring schematics and manufacturing instructions. Utilize hand and power tools to build structures and frames. Assemble drives and other electrical components. Perform point-to-point wiring and wire harnessing. Conduct final assemblies. We are looking for individuals with prior Mechanical Assembly, Electrical Assembly, or Mechanical aptitude. Extensive training is provided, which can take up to 4 weeks to learn a line. A good attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Hard Skills

• 1 year of mechanical or electrical assembly experience

• 1 year of hand and power tool experience

• 1 year of following blueprints or schematics

• Utilizing hand and power tools

• Electrical component assembly

• Point-to-point wiring

• Wire harnessing

Soft Skills

• Good attitude

• Willingness to learn

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

Growth opportunity: Typically see $1 raise at conversion date and $1 raise 6 months afterwards

Work Environment

1st shift: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. Clean, well-lit manufacturing environment with 134,000 sq ft of production floor. The facility is climate controlled.
