Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of payroll, inclusive of any bonuses, commissions, or other supplemental wages

• Maintain and review the accuracy of biweekly timecards / timesheets for all employees

• Address and resolve any issues or questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors

• Assist in the response to state and local tax notices

• Manage wage garnishments as necessary

• Ensure all changes made to employee’s records meet compliance requirements

• Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters

• Make sure approved change forms are filed in a timely manner for auditor reviews

• Utilize knowledge of Accounting Software Systems, Ceridian, Dayforce, and other relevant software in carrying out duties

• Carry out other duties as assigned.

The salary range for this position is $26.92 to $29.81. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Familiarity with Ceridian and Dayforce systems is essential

• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration is needed

• Knowledge of About Time software is beneficial

• Ability to perform various Accounting Functions is expected

• Auditing skills are necessary

• Familiarity with Benefit Functions is important

• Ability to Review Timesheets accurately and efficiently is required

• Experience with Employee Timesheets is preferred

• Proficiency in Payroll Processing is essential
