Roseann Mabry from Robert Half is partnering with a company in St. Charles County looking to hire a Quality Assurance Manager, The position is open due to a promotion. This amazing opportunity is working onsite day to day managing a 6 person team. This is an ISO certified organization and would be looking for a Quality Assurance Manager with ISO experience in manufacturing. This role will be working with customers and production to ensure shipments and products are exactly what the customer ordered. .The organization is owned by a PEO and is in growth mode. IQMS and Excel would be the technology you would be working in on a daily basis. The annual salary for the Quality Assurance Manager will be up to 82K. Responsibilities:

• Manage a small team and oversee their work for quality assurance

• Work closely with customers to understand their quality expectations

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure products meet customer specifications

• Maintain the ISO standards within the organization

• Use IQMS and Excel for daily operations

• Conduct regular quality assurance inspections

• Track and rectify defects in the products

• Perform operational audits as per the industry standards

• Generate business reports detailing quality assurance metrics

• Inspect facilities to ensure they adhere to quality assurance standards.

Requirements • Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist.

• Profound knowledge in Auditing and Operational Audit.

• Strong background in Call Center Customer Service and general Customer Service.

• Familiar with ISO 9001 standards.

• Proficient in Business Reporting.

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Excel Formulas.

• Experience with Defect Tracking systems.

• Ability to Conduct Inspections, including Quality Assurance Inspections, Facility Inspections.

• Familiarity with IQMS software is a plus.

• Must have the ability to work in a team environment and possess good interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.

• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
