Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

Must be mechanically inclined and have experience with hand and power tools. You will be assembling parts for the Aerospace industry, including tasks such as sandblasting, paint prep, cleaning, building pallets, and deburring various metal components either manually or with a machine. Other duties as assigned.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in O Fallon, Missouri.

Work Environment

HOT, non climate controlled, aviation. Medium work involving exerting between 30 to 50 pounds of force regularly. Tasks include climbing ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms, standing for sustained periods, walking, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving, picking, pinching, typing, working primarily with fingers, grasping, and repetitive motion involving wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is subject to noise that may require ear plugs, hazards such as moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, exposure to high heat or chemicals, and atmospheric conditions such as fumes, odors, and poor ventilation.
