Your future role.

In your role, you will ensure transparency of the global profit & loss, conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare impactful reports for management and stakeholders to support business decisions, based on an in-depth understanding of finance and controlling.

• Your responsibilities will include implementing, leading, and lagging KPIs to measure and optimize business performance and drive sustained business success for the global service business.

• You will collaborate closely with sales and sales regions worldwide to gather insights and drive business growth.

• Additionally, you will work alongside product management and digitalization team to create transparency around costs and assess business cases for new service business.

• You will enhance business efficiency by implementing modern, digital controlling and reporting processes, creating added value for the organization and supporting senior management with ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives.

Your profile.

• You hold a university degree in business administration, finance, controlling or related field, with several years of proven experience in finance or controlling, ideally in an international, industrial environment.

• You have broad experience using common data processing and analytics tools, including PowerPoint, SAP, Excel, and dashboard solutions such as PowerBI or Qlik Sense.

• To succeed in this role, you should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, dedicated to adding value, and capable of finding innovative solutions on your own initiative.

• Fluency in English is a must, German or other languages are an advantage.
