Your future role.

  • As head of the business development team at the Headquarter of Innomotics LVM EU, you will lead and manage the Regional Business Development activities for Innomotics Low Voltage Motors for our three META Regions Germany, Europe/Africa and the Americas.

  • You will manage a passionate team of 7 experienced colleagues located in D and CZ.

  • You and your team will be responsible for P&L to achieve the operational and strategic sales targets for the related business volume.

  • The daily work is shaped by multi-cultural interfaces within the Innomotics Sales Regions, Product Management and Factories, but also direct relation to our key customer base.

  • In deep interaction with our Promotion Department, you will guide the G2M activities as defined in our jointly set long term growth strategy.

  • With your strong leadership and motivation, you will establish and execute the regional business plans with close interaction and customer focus.

Your profile.

  • You think “customer first” with strong sales experience in HQ or Regions.

  • Communication and interaction with various cultures paired with international experience shape your character.

  • You have worked in management position(s) and bring commercial knowledge in business planning.

  • Experience with the CRM process environment was part of your previous assignments.

  • Fluent language skills in German and English. Further languages are beneficial.

  • Strategic focus and operational target-orientation excel in your daily work.

  • A degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is favorable together with knowledge about electrical motors and its market.
