ABOUT THE VACANCY:

Staffing/Leasing: Staff.

Location: Astana

Employment: 100%

Management of subordinates: none

Responsibilities: Business development in the region, interaction with key customers, fulfillment of tasks and set goals for the region. Generating opportunities and feedback from customers on development needs and projects in the field of automation and digitalization.

Active promotion of the offer to the market; Business approach for end users, business development and sales to target customers in the region. Partnership business development. Collaboration with other col-leagues on proposal development and sales. Obtaining opportunities from clients on development needs and projects in the field of automation and digitalization.

Travel: On official business for meetings with clients in the Astana region.

Transport:

  • The company does not provide transportation to and from work.

  • transport is provided only for business trips, or the employee is compensated for the use of personal vehi-cles for business trips.

EXPECTATIONS FROM CANDIDATES:

Experience: at least 3 years, similar companies.

Education:

  • proficiency in oral and written English at a level sufficient to perform job duties, conduct business corre-spondence and negotiations;

  • proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, Acrobat Reader, Outlook, Teams and other programs and tools implemented in the company for use by all employees;

  • ability to use corporate computer technology, communications and communication tools;

  • proficiency in oral and written presentation skills, competent and structured written and oral speech;

  • Negotiation skills with customers.

  • Experience in sales activities

  • Skills in conducting presentations of Siemens products (industrial automation)

Knowledge and skills preferred:

  • Knowledge of the entire Siemens product line (industrial automation, instrumentation priors, low-voltage drive technology),

  • Preparation of technical and commercial proposals for the Customer’s tasks, guided by questionnaires, technical specifications, electronic catalogs and software tools.

  • Skills in analyzing and planning new orders for the current and subsequent financial periods.
