What’s the role?
We're looking for a Client Executive to join our Client Growth and Experience team working with our Major Accounts in the Travel industry.
This role will support the Client Partner by assisting in the planning and execution of sales initiatives aimed at specific major accounts. The primary focus will be on cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, mastering account management skills, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives. This role emphasises learning and practicing relationship management and account development, leveraging sales experience and comprehensive product knowledge. Additionally, the Client Executive will contribute to solution building efforts within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Client Partner to develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to specific major accounts.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key decision-makers, influencers, and pain points within each account.
Develop strategic account plans outlining objectives, action steps, timelines, and success metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall organisational goals and objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales tactics, including prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
Utilise consultative selling techniques to uncover client needs and position products or services as solutions, and identify up selling opportunities.
Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and take proactive measures to address any deviations or obstacles.
Proactively engage with key stakeholders within assigned accounts to build and maintain strong relationships.
Who are you?
A team player, supporting Sales/Account Managers in developing and completing proposals.
Strong communication and written skills, and ability to deliver a message clearly
Growing sales ability and interest, including proposal creation and narrative skills to achieve sales outcomes.
Developing product and industry knowledge
Ability to understand client needs to support Sales/Account Managers in developing and crafting solutions.
Working knowledge of MS Office (particularly powerpoint), and Salesforce.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, be able to multitask and manage competing priorities
Adaptability to changing environment (new selling solutions, products, ways of working).
1 to 2 years experience within a sales environment is desirable
