    The Subsidy Controls Analyst will utilize reporting to identify subsidy child setup issues resulting in a loss of revenue. This individual will also correct setup and partner with field operations to further maximize third party revenue collected.

    Essential Functions:

  • Utilize revenue discount and exception reporting and POS third party reporting to identify and remediate third party setup errors. Correct errors in the POS system and ensure future billing transactions are accurate.

  • Utilize revenue discount and exception reporting to identify opportunities to increase third party / third party family revenue recognition and collections. Partner with field management to create and implement plans to address opportunities.

  • Retrain or coordinate with Subsidy Ops Analysts for Director training as needed.

  • Summarize corrections and action plans for DMs/RMs/DVPs.

  • Monitor ongoing revenue results of setup corrections and implementation plans. Ensure plans are implemented and expected results are attained.

  • Communicate frequently with subsidy team to obtain the most up to date third party information to ensure process efficiencies.

  • Follow established process for analyzing and reporting on financial benefits of review.

  • Provide results to Internal Audit as requested. Partner with internal audit to meet any additional information requests.

  • Suggest improvements to current reporting or additional monitoring to continue to drive third party revenue results.

    Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, Billing, Bookkeeping, or AR position.

    Other Skills and Abilities Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.

  • Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.

  • Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.

  • Proficient time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet established deadlines.
