Great career opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a global, market-leading automation technology company that is part of a multi-$bn group.

This challenging, dynamic role will suit a highly organised Project Coordinator, or strong customer-focused team player with purchasing, account management, or other relevant commercial experience and a keen interest in technology.

The Opportunity

Videojet, a Veralto Company, is a leading provider of industrial coding, and laser marking equipment to manufacturing companies across food & beverages, pharmaceuticals, and other sectors (consumption dates and batch codes on packaging etc.).

Based in our Annesley, Nottinghamshire office (NG15, M1 Jn 27) and working within a team of 6, the Project Coordinator will manage 20-30 projects at various stages, from initiation through to successful delivery and installation.

Projects can vary from supplying a single printing machine, through to complex multi-product installations. In each case you’ll interact regularly with customers and collaborate broadly with various internal Videojet departments.

The Project Coordinator will develop and maintain project plans, systems, and documentation, communicate regularly with the project team and key stakeholders, manage related procurement activities (source and negotiate with suppliers), hold technical meetings, and manage timescales, risks, and costs.

The Ideal Candidate

• A team player with relevant project coordination experience, or exposure to purchasing, account management, or other relevant B2B environments

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, listening and influencing skills

• Strong planning, organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking abilities

• Interest in technology and a confident user of IT systems, including strong MS Office

• Flexible to adapt to common tried & tested team processes, whilst also proactively looking for continuous improvements
