Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Field Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing bench top analytical instruments, ensuring our customers receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel & Service: Travel to customer sites to perform verifications, calibrations, and repairs on a variety of bench top analytical instruments manufactured by Xylem Lab Solutions.

• Reporting: Produce detailed visit reports and verification certificates to ensure all work is documented and communicated effectively.

• Customer Interaction: Schedule visits, assist with fault finding, and recommend engineering solutions by contacting customers directly.

• In-House Support: Assist with the repair and verification of instruments returned by customers to our facility.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in servicing and repairing analytical instruments.

• Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively and manage a flexible schedule.

• Valid UK driving license.
