Job Description:

Project Genesis, Inc., is seeking individuals in theNew London County areato provide services asPer Diem Job Coachesyear-round.

Job Coaches in our Reaching Individual Success and Employment Program provide 1 on 1 skills training and job counseling at local job sites to adults with disabilities. Ideal for individuals able to work during the day as needed but wanting flexibility for personal plans. Candidates need to have at least one year of direct support experience with adults with disabilities. Vocational services and Job Coaching experience is a plus!

*Per Diem is a variable schedule that is on an as-needed basis. This position is NOT a full time/part time fixed schedule.

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in human services or disability services.
• Be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Reliable transportation, good driving record, valid driver's license and proof of insurance

Preferred:

• Bachelors degree in human services, social work, special education, or related field
• 1 year of vocational support and Job Coaching experience
