Job Summary: *Coordinates the delivery of direct and indirect nursing care for the Infectious Disease Clinic. Demonstrates leadership skills, appropriate clinical practice and patient advocacy. Provides quality and fiscally responsible quality care for patient and families utilizing the principles of Synergy and the Nursing Process. *Education: Graduate of a school of nursing. BSN or MSN preferred Experience: One (1) year of charge responsibility and one (1) year of experience in this clinical area. Licensure, Certification, Registration Current unrestricted License in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut. Ability to obtain and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire. Ability to obtain and maintain department specific certifications. We take great care of careers.
