Insight Global Administrative Assistant in Norwich, Connecticut
Job Description
A client in Norwich is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to help with checking in visitors, including customers, vendors, and contractors. This requires managing the badge access control database and answering incoming calls. The position also requires sorting and delivering mail to designated personnel, receiving orders in our purchasing database, preparing conference rooms for meetings, managing inventory of office supplies, scheduling meetings and travel for Norwich staff as needed, and scheduling contractor and vendor visits. Additional administrative duties involve maintaining facility seating charts, supporting the organization of electronic file structures, light custodial duties and various other administrative requirements as needed.

Skills and Requirements
Highschool diploma or at least 2+ years of relevant experience
Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Ability to learn new software
Ability to prioritize and manage multi-functional tasks
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills null
