Summary: Under the direction of the Site Manager, work in a residential group home environment serving clients experience severe mental or developmental issues. Responsibilities include: implementing treatment plan interventions as developed by the Clinical Recovery Team; administering medications; encouraging individuals to participate/engage in provider recommendations; monitoring the physical and emotional well-being of individuals; engaging clients in meaningful activities within the home. Drive clients to appointments or events in the community; complete required documentation/data per shift ( using an electronic health record system), Computer skills required. Acquire and maintain certifications, i.e: ( CPR/FA/MAP) etc. A current valid driver\'s license in good standing, a safe driving record and 1-3 years of driving experience are required. EDUCATION &EXPERIENCE: HS diploma or equivalent required ;AS degree in Human Services, Pyschology, Health Care or related field highly desirable. Some experience in health care or mental health field and /or coursework in human services, psychology. health sciences would be ideal. Current 2nd shift openings in Norwell, MA are: Sun-Thurs, 3p-11p Tues- Sat, 3p-11p Other shifts and locations available
