Summary: Under the direction of the Site Manager, work in aresidential group home setting, servicing clients with mental health/developmental issues. Responsibilities include: implementing treatment plan interventions as developed by the Clinical Recovery Team; administering medications; encouraging individuals to participate/engage in provider recommendations; monitoring the physical and emotional well-being of individuals; completing required documentation/data per shift ( using an electronic health record system). Acquire and maintain certifications/trainings as required ( cpr/FA/ MAP, etc). A driver\'s license and safe driving record ares required. Must have 1-3 years of driving experience. EDUCATION &EXPERIENCE HS diploma or equivalent required an Associates degree in Human Services, Health Care, Psychology or related field is highly desirable. Some experience in mental health or health care fields is preferred and/or coursework in human services, Psychology, health sciences .
