Community Horizons is assisting with the recruitment process of an in-home caregiver for a fellow community member. Schedule: M, W, F (9 am-1pm) Wage: \$17 per hour (including mileage reimbursement) Tasks include but are not limited to: Bathing Assistance and Skin Care Medication Assistance including weekly injection Diabetes support Housekeeping Laundry Grocery Shopping Meal Prep Medical Appointment Support and Coordination Ideal Candidate: Male Caregiving Experience Friendly Diabetic Knowledge Strong work ethic Good cook Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them.
