Responsibilities:
Lead a team of sandwich makers and ensure smooth operations during your shift
Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer preferences and brand standards
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders
Manage inventory and ensure ingredients are stocked and fresh
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area
Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent
Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and night shifts
Minimum of 1 year management experience required
Location: Orange, CT
