JOB SUMMARY: The Supervisor of Conveyor Parts and Services will be integral to the overall Parts Operations growth strategy for our aftermarket division supporting the distributor network. In this role the Supervisor of Conveyor Parts and Services will have shared responsibility over all parts customer support including strategy, pricing, NPS, support, and warranty and returns. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Supervisory * Supervise the customer service team for parts sales to intake and deliver daily orders * Lead customer support team and drive efficiency * Strong working knowledge of the distributor base * Strong working knowledge of conveyor parts, services, and product lines * Effectively manage and communicate with direct reports Customer Support * Drive upsell opportunities with every customer engagement * Create call tracking plan to ensure highest level of customer service * Meet or exceed yearly bookings goals * Meet or exceed yearly revenue goal Process * Create and track key support metrics * Document and refine customer support process * Establish continuous improvement initiatives Warranty & Returns * Refine warranty & returns process * Provide monthly failure trend reporting QUALIFICATIONS: * Four-year degree in business or operations, preferred * Five years of experience in a parts customer support role * Experience with ERP and WMS software (Infor experience a plus) * Experience with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Strong coaching and leadership skills, having experience of several direct reports This job description describes the general nature and level of work expected of a person assigned to this position.
