Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Systems Administrator in MONROE, Michigan. This role is primarily within the IT industry, with a focus on managing and maintaining our organization's computer systems, databases, and cloud technologies. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and will be instrumental in resolving any system-related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and system software.

• Handle the administration of servers, server clusters, and system backups to ensure data integrity and security.

• Utilize Cisco and Citrix technologies to support our networking and virtualization needs.

• Manage cloud technologies to guarantee optimal performance and security of our cloud-based systems.

• Maintain our database systems, ensuring data availability and organization.

• Employ Dell technologies for system hardware requirements and upgrades.

• Conduct AB Testing to optimize system performance and user experience.

• Manage Active Directory services for network user and resource management.

• Oversee the implementation of backup technologies to safeguard our critical data.

• Perform cluster analysis to evaluate system performance and implement necessary improvements.

• Handle troubleshooting and maintenance of computer hardware and Apple devices. Requirements • Possess significant experience in systems administration, preferably within a large organization

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Cloud Technologies

• Demonstrable experience with Database management and Dell Technologies

• Experience with AB Testing and Active Directory is a must

• Familiarity with Backup Technologies and Cluster Analysis

• Possess strong knowledge in Computer Hardware

• Experience with Apple Devices will be considered a plus

• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system-related issues promptly

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
