Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Must be able to operate any bright stacker at speed of production 2. Must be able to inspect pallets making decisions as to their acceptability and condition for usage 3. Must be able to accurately induct inventory information, including code changes. 4. Stack cans squarely to avoid damages 5. Any and all jobs assigned by supervisor 6. Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by actions, communicating and helping co-workers. 7. Maintain a clean work environment throughout shift. 8. Effective cross-departmental communication. Food safety is the responsibility of every employee. Any issues should be brought to the immediate attention of area supervisor of manager.
Skills and Abilities: 1. Must be mechanically inclined in order to do changeover 2. Must have Speed and Coordination 3. Must be accurate in order to induct inventory 4. Safety minded and conscientious 5. Must be able to drive forklift/OSHA tested and licensed. Seasonal jobs available: *typically run Mid-July-through *Mid-October
Operating Equipment: Continuous (Brightstacker and shrink wrapper)
Position Requirements:
- Position requires a minimum height of 5'6."
- Back strength needed for repetitive bending required.
Salary: up to $15.02
Earn Bonus Incentives:
- Shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift -$1.00 per hour
- Attendance Bonus-$0.25 per hour
- Diligence Bonus-$0.25 per hour
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm / 3rd Shift: 11pm-7am
- 8-hour shift/extended shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime available
- Weekend availability in season with specific mandatory Saturdays as needed.

Experience Preferred
