Clinical Psychologist - Rehab Psych Therapy

Per Diem - some weekend commitment
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist specializing in Rehabilitation Psychology Therapy to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing psychological services to individuals undergoing rehabilitation due to physical injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for patients undergoing rehabilitation.
Develop personalized treatment plans and interventions tailored to meet the emotional, cognitive, and behavioral needs of patients.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to assist patients in coping with the emotional challenges associated with rehabilitation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and social workers to ensure holistic patient care.
Offer support and guidance to families and caregivers to enhance the rehabilitation process and improve patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, assessments, and treatment plans.
Qualifications
1 year of experience in a Rehabilitation Setting required.
Exposure to rehabilitation setting and knowledge of rehabilitation diagnoses required.
Doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an accredited institution required.
Current licensure in the state of California required. (Lic. Psychology)
Must maintain current AHA BLS required.
Fire Safety cards required. (must obtain 90 days from start date)
Upon completion of orientation and upon annual performance appraisal must demonstrate competency in evaluation and treatment of patients served (pediatric adolescent adult and geriatric).
Pay Range
$56.58 - $82.04 /hour
