Job Duties

Requires the use of established audit procedures and other programs to audit incoming & outgoing products to ensure they meet the required specifications and are at the quality levels required by SBD. This job involves having a thorough knowledge of all Distribution Center functions and procedures.

Essential Job Functions

• Keep track of Corrective and Preventive Actions

• Perform Quality Audits

• Participate in 7s Walk

• Perform Rework Audits

• Keep track of Lead Audits

• Excel Data Entry

• Perform New Associate audits

• Calculate DPMO (Defect per million opportunities)

• Keep track of 100% Scanning Audits

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, MS, and Internet Explorer

• Ability to operate standard office equipment including fax, copier, printers, computer, etc.

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

• Must be flexible, a self starter, detailed, and able to multitask and prioritize

• Experience with WMS

• Demonstrates High Energy, Versatile and Positive Attitude

• Demonstrated organizational, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once

• Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Work involves talking, hearing, and using a computer mouse and keypad throughout the day. Includes walking and standing most of the day and lifting cartons repetitively. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision of a computer screen and the ability to adjust focus.

The work environment is in a warehouse environment.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately loud.

This is a non-climate controlled facility.

The Northlake Distribution Center and the entire campus is a smoke and tobacco free facility. This includes e-cigarettes, vaping, and smokeless tobacco.
