We are looking for you, a Sales Manager (m/f/diverse), to support our area Original Equipment Solutions (OESL) at our site in Northeim.
Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
Defining, developing and executing acquisition strategy and achieving agreed order intake targets for assigned customer(s) and assigned segment
Executing all sales activities to achieve/improve target margins of existing business
Executing all tasks within sales process from G10-G110: (Pre-acquisition, Negotiation Phase, Project Development Phases, Serial Sales, Spare Part Sales)
Overall Sales Responsibility for assigned customers and tasks
Customer strategy and relationship
RFQ Process and New Business quotations
Customer requirements and technology trends
Competitive Intelligence; Pricing, Margin Improvement; Claim management; Customer Contracts
Focusing on results: Sales Reporting, FC, Budget, StratPlan
Handling customer issues and concerns
Assuring teamwork with OESL functions to support our customers
Academic degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering or Economics / B2B Marketing or similar qualification
Several years experience in sales and/ or engineering and/ or project management in automotive business preferred
OE Customer Relationship and Key Account Management experience
Sales Project Management and Business Processes knowledge
OE Customer relevant standards, processes and tools
Strategic knowledge and understanding
Good Commercial and Financial Knowledge
Contract and legal knowledge
Fluent German and business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
Technical knowledge
Problem-solving and good analytical skills
Good negotiation and presentation skills
Enthusiasm, high motivation and entrepreneurial spirit as well as solution focused
