Description We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our team based in Northbrook, Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various HR-related tasks, including benefits administration and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handling the renewal process for employee benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance.

• Processing and managing detail oriented Employer Organization (PEO) tasks.

• Utilizing Prism software for various HR-related tasks.

• Conducting background checks and auditing for compliance purposes.

• Ensuring all benefits functions are carried out accurately and timely.

• Utilizing ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for administrative tasks.

• Managing ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer.

• Utilizing Ceridian and Concur software for HR-related tasks.

• Managing 'About Time' software for time tracking and workforce management.

• Assisting in the recruitment process by reviewing applications and conducting interviews. Requirements • Possess working knowledge of ADP - Financial Services

• Proficient in using ADP Workforce Now

• Familiar with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Proficient in Ceridian software

• Experience with Concur software

• Knowledgeable in About Time software

• Skills in auditing processes

• Ability to conduct background checks

• Proficient in managing benefit functions

• Knowledgeable in ensuring compliance in HR practices.
