Job Details:

• Location: Northborough, MA

• Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

• Pay Rate: $20 per hour

• Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities: As a Record Center Specialist, your duties will include moving, lifting, and organizing boxes and totes weighing between 24 lbs and over 100 lbs. You'll be responsible for:

• Picking and packing orders, verifying labels, and ensuring accurate shipments.

• Handling various materials, including files, books, and backup tapes.

• Operating hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scanners to process and track orders.

• Performing physical tasks such as kneeling, bending, reaching, and lifting regularly throughout the day.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs without assistance.

• Comfort with repetitive physical tasks and standing for extended periods.

• Attention to detail for order processing and inventory management.

• Ability to operate hand trucks and pallet jacks safely.

• Basic computer skills to use scanners and track inventory.

• Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience:

• Ability to walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods

• Lift, push, pull, and carry boxes, including up and down stairs or over changes in surface elevation

• Proficient in reading and writing in English

• Experience processing orders and managing labels and shipments

• Use of proprietary computer systems to track orders and box locations

• Operate handheld scanners

• Climb and balance on ladders

• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs without assistance

• Experience operating hand carts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment

• Shrink wrap pallets and load boxes onto pallets manually and with equipment
