Job Overview
As a member of the Field Operations team, you will collaborate with the Senior Manager and Field Operations Managers to support corporate values and objectives. The Regional Associate provides functional support to the Senior Manager, and is a primary point of contact for communications related to their region and controls administrative processes related to the region’s teams of employees and business assets.
Key Responsibilities
Creates and maintains region-specific reporting and data
Prepares documentation; collects, analyzes, processes, organizes and tracks a wide variety of data related to all employees in the business unit and assets allocated to the region
Responds to inquiries and provides information on behalf of the Senior Manager to internal associates in various departments
Performs data entry in SAP and other various platforms
Maintain manager schedules
Coordinate meetings and special events
Critical Qualifications
1 year if relevant experience in an administrative function
Proficient with MS software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Able to work with limited supervision in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
SAP experience or other data system experience
Post-secondary education in administration or relevant field in a business discipline is an asset
