Insight Global Ecommerce Business Analyst in North Vancouver, British Columbia
Job Description
Reporting into the Sr Product Manager, the Business Analyst will join the Discovery team, a team whose mission is to enhance discovery for the Arc'teryx brand. The successful candidate will assist in the implementation of two new languages to the Arc'teryx website, and spearhead SEO (search engine optimization).
On a day to day they will:
Gather requirements using effective business analysis techniques
Create understandable visual representations to communicate complex concepts and models for -various target audiences
Translate business requirements into detailed and actionable specifications
Perform A/B Testing for vendor selection
Exceptional ability to collaborate and contribute as a team player is demonstrated in the strong, positive relationships you build within IS and with business teams
Document detailed user stories, process flows, system flows, and acceptance criteria that will be used for business process review, systems architecture, and quality assurance
Identify and document business process changes and improvements
Facilitate and manage stakeholder engagement
Maintain process and systems documentation as business and systems evolve
Prepare and coordinate system changes for release: organize and lead product demo sessions,
Compile project scope, activities, and expenditures of projects deemed to be eligible for submission to funding programs.

Skills and Requirements
3 + years Retail and Ecommerce experience
Experience working on projects with system integrations (i.e. Understanding how feature implementations affect data flow).
Experience working with UX Designers, Developers to help implement solutions
A/B Testing Experience
Experience with working in an Agile methodology
Strong organization and prioritization skills while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills and an authentic, collaborative individual * Web Application specific development experience
* Experience running Agile ceremonies null
