A jewelry supplies wholesale business is seeking a team member for receiving and inventory management.
Schedule: 3040 hours per week Flexible hours available for partial responsibility coverage
Working Hours: Between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Location: Based in Niagara Falls, NY, with potential relocation to Buffalo in the future
Responsibilities: * Inventory Receiving * Inspect received goods, including measuring, weighing, and calculating quantities * Enter new inventory data into inventory management software * Verify, monitor, and reconcile inventory records * SKU Management * Assign SKUs to new products * Maintain organization within the SKU system * Inventory Monitoring * Track stock levels and sales performance * Prevent inventory shortages and report products needing sales team attention * Order Processing Support * Assist with order shipping during peak periods
Qualifications: * Mathematical Skills * Strong basic math skills for quick calculations and measurement conversions * Attention to Detail * Detail-oriented, organized, and patient, with the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently while minimizing errors * Computer Proficiency * Strong computer skills, including the ability to learn new software quickly * Experience (Preferred but not required) * Bookkeeping, accounting, or inventory management * Knowledge of jewelry or jewelry making
Personal Attributes * Quick learner, self-starter, and team player * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
