North Tonawanda. An-Cor Plastics. Pipefitter/Boilermaker. $22 - $29/hour.
An-Cor Industrial Plastics specializes in the design, engineering, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of custom Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) industrial equipment.
Summary of Position:
We are looking for dependable candidates for our non-union fiberglass shop.
Job Duties: * Assemble fiberglass tanks and piping * Use various machinery and hand tools * Working from blueprints, drawing or oral instructions to carry out task * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Perform minor maintenance of cleaning activities of tools and equipment * Observe and complies with all safety and company policies and procedures * Must be able to work around adhesives/solvents * Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: * Must be able to read, write and communicate in English * Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, assembly and mechanical drawings * Must be able to stand for long periods of time * Must be able to perform basic math skills * Must be able to perform basic computer tasks * Must have 2 years of piping experience
