Summary of the Job

This position provides support to the Sales, Contracts/Tenders and Operations teams to manage pricing, contracts, backorders, customer data and other tasks as required.

This will assist to facilitate collaborative relationships with our external customers and support the business to increase commercial success.

This role works closely with the Tenders and Contracts Manager, the Sales Operation Manager, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Quality and Regulatory teams.

Responsibilities :

• Upload and manage contract and special pricing in Salesforce

• Manage day to day pricing discrepancies

• Maintenance of Customer Buying Groups in Salesforce

• Backorder reporting

• ELA management including drafting, following up execution, asset management

• Management of Fixed Asset Request Forms

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally

• All activities must be performed in compliance with the local Quality System.

• Performs duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies or governmental regulations.

• All other duties as assigned and as may be required and agreed from time to time

Requirements :

• University degree (preferable)

• 2 to 3 years pricing and business support experience (healthcare preferred)

• Strong Microsoft Word & Excel capabilities

• Salesforce experience

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude

• Excellent communication and rapport building skills

• An approachable and collaborative style

• A desire to learn and develop

• Professional presentation and ‘presence’

• Effective time management; well organised, able to set and reset priorities

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to quickly establish credibility with all levels of customer base

• Highly developed analytical skills with strong attention to detail

• Strong business acumenAbility to deal with ambiguity
