As the Social Media Coordinator, you will provide essential support for our Social Media Lane by

helping our team deliver exceptional results for clients. Your role will focus on content

scheduling, monitoring social channels, keeping our asset libraries up-to-date, and working on

small client accounts in partnership with other Bran team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Account Coordination:

Weekly Agenda's and meeting reminders for client meetings

Be that 2 nd set of eyes for our client channel monitoring

Collaborate with internal teams to execute client deliverables.

Social Media Scheduling:

Use scheduling tools to organize and post content for clients across platforms (LinkedIn,

Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Channel Monitoring:

Monitor clients' social channels daily (M-F) for engagement and notify team members of

comments, DMs, and other activity requiring responses.

Regularly monitor and report on channel activity for our clients.

Library Management:

Manage and maintain our manufacturer library.

Maintain organized folders in platforms like Google Drive or Dropbox.

Manage and maintain our hashtag library

Email Marketing:

Execute email marketing campaigns to both prospective and existing clients, enhancing

brand presence and client engagement.

 

Content Support:

 

Assist in creating basic templates or pulling content from our existing libraries to prepare

for posts.

Post Bran blog posts bi-monthly to ensure consistent updates and visibility.

Communicate with team leads when support is needed for client deliverables.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Location: Must be based in Salt Lake Valley, UT, or Treasure Valley Region, ID.

Workstyle: Self-starter who thrives in a remote setting and is proactive about completing tasks

with minimal oversight.

Skills:

Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Sendible, Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or

similar).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic metrics.

Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Trello, Monday.com, Google Workspace

(Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Dropbox.

Familiarity with email marketing tools is a plus.

Experience in YouTube and Google My Business a plus.

Availability: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
