Position Purpose:

Manages the calendars of multiple Educators by scheduling onsite visits with Preferred Services customers in assigned territories, while adhering to defined scheduling guidelines. This includes complex scheduling due to geography, travel time, travel between time zones, coordination of customer/Educator's schedules, and challenges reaching the appropriate customer contact. Maintain ongoing communication with the Educator and escalate issues or customer requests to the Preferred Services Supervisor.

Key Job Activities:

  • Manage the books of business and calendars of four or five Educators who provide compliance services to our customers, while adhering to established parameters, due dates, and scheduling goals.
  • Respond to all phone calls and emails in a timely manner and document every encounter and attempt to connect. Confirm appointments as defined by policy.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure what we have scheduled in the system has been properly and accurately entered into the Educator's calendar.
  • Perform other duties and handle other responsibilities, as assigned.

Education:

Preferred Education: in Associates or Equivalent

Experience (North America):

  • Education equivalent to an Associate's degree
  • Preferred a minimum of one year of experience working in a medical or dental environment
  • Manage the books of business and calendars of four or five Educators who provide compliance services to our customers, while adhering to established parameters, due dates, and scheduling goals.
  • Respond to all phone calls and emails in a timely manner and document every encounter and attempt to connect. Confirm appointments as defined by policy.
