Here's a snapshot of your day;
Create positive first impression and ensuring smooth operations in the workplace.
Welcome visitors with warm and friendly demeanor
Facilitate open communication, acting as liaison between employees, clients and vendors.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workplace, ensuring facilities are well maintained, clean and safe.
Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for various services and supplies, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Managing office budget, making cost-effective decisions to optimize resources.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulation, inspects and implement measures to maintain safe work environment
Maintain and check kitchen and office supplies. Order office supplies and other common use items for the site.
Assist with administration and facilities duties as directed by the Account Manager or Facilities Manager
