Job Description:

• The Buyer will assist the GA Procurement Team in placing and managing orders for material required to deploy robotic fulfillment centers.

• This will include working with our global supply base to ensure orders are placed, expedited, tracked, and invoiced correctly.

• Successful candidates will be highly organized, self-motivated, detail oriented and have strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point).

• An understanding of data management and databases is also a plus. The candidate must be able to work in a highly demanding, but collegial environment where teamwork is a must.

  Daily Schedule:

• Recurring cadence on placing PO’s, Invoice issues for Shipping/Receiving; Be a part of meetings; monthly and weekly reporting.

  Must have Skills:

• Excel proficiencies

• Supply Chain Knowledge (flow of orders and how everything interfaces

• Supplier/Vendor management.

• Communication skills
