Job Description

An IT consulting company is hiring for a Senior Scrum Master in support of one of their electric services clients local to Juno Beach, Florida. This Senior Scrum Master will need experience managing multiple teams, and will be responsible for the planning, execution and finalizing of projects within schedule and budget. They will establish project objectives and manage quality control throughout the project's life cycle. The Scrum Master will need to have extensive knowledge on Agile methodologies. This individual will guide teams to deliver high-quality products and continuously improve processes. Key responsibilities include directing IT projects within SAP ERP, supply chain, and financial disciplines, leading S4 HANA ERP projects, managing multiple projects, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews. This Scrum Master will also identify and remove impediments, maintain knowledge of SDLC techniques, coordinate team meetings, and manage risk and dependencies. Experience with Agile tools like Atlassian Jira and SAP modules such as FICO is preferred. This individual will need to possess the ability to promote and encourage collaboration and transparency between business, delivery, and other entities within the organization.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual with excellent problem solving skills. This role is a 12 month contract and on-site in Juno Beach, Florida that can pay between $45-50/hour with medical benefits and 401k options offered on contract. If interested, please apply!

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of scrum master experience

• PMP or Certified Scrum Master certification

• Experience with Project Management methodologies including Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall

• Proficiency with software development lifecycles, IT infrastructure, and technology trends null
