Description

We are offering an employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in North Palm Beach, Florida. The individual will be involved in a data entry project and will be expected to manage a variety of tasks. The job function involves customer service, data entry, email correspondence, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into the system and ensure all information is up-to-date.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize files.

• Correspond with customers via email to address inquiries and provide information.

• Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to data.

• Use your typing skills to ensure data is entered quickly and accurately.

• Handle customer service responsibilities, ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.

• Perform calculations as needed during data entry tasks.

• Scan documents and files as part of the data entry process.

• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate actions when necessary.

Requirements • Proven experience in a data entry role

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to perform calculations with accuracy

• Proficiency in data entry and typing

• Experience in email correspondence and communication

• Skills in organizing and managing files

• Familiarity with scanning documents

• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy is required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information
