Performance Optimal Health Physical Therapist in North Naples, Florida

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in the client's journey towards optimal health. You will work closely with clients to assess their condition, establish personalized plans of care, and provide top-notch clinical care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client's condition and develop individualized plans of care

  • Provide high-quality clinical care to clients, focusing on orthopedic cases, sports-related injuries, overuse syndromes, and general back and neck conditions

  • Ensure clinical excellence through ongoing outcome assessments, mentorship, and continuing education

  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide integrated care and follow-up

  • Document patient care services accurately and in accordance with our electronic medical records system

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with procedures and regulations

  • Communicate regularly with referring physicians to provide updates on patient progress and plan of care

Qualifications:

  • Valid State PT license

  • Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program

  • Experience in orthopedic cases, sports-related injuries, and general musculoskeletal conditions

  • Board Certification in Orthopedics or Sports Physical Therapy is a plus

  • Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and interdisciplinary teams

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Requirements

  • Valid State PT license

  • Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program

  • Experience in orthopedic cases and sports-related injuries preferred

  • Board Certification in Orthopedics or Sports Physical Therapy is a plus

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
